The Paradise Ridge Youth Soccer Club (PRYSC) is a California non-profit public benefit corporation whose mission is to provide youth soccer to children ages 4 to 19 on the ridge communities. The club has been in constant operation since 1981 and generally has between 500 and 700 kids playing in the fall season. Our primary objective is a program that is safe, fair, and fun for all participants.
In order to make that happen, every year we rely on 10-15 volunteer Board members and over 40 coaches and team parents. Additionally, we actively recruit and provide USSF training for new and returning referees. With an operating budget of less than $50,000, we work hard to keep registration fees as low as possible. Nearly 90 cents out of every registration dollar goes directly to registration fees, coaches, referees, and fields.
The following items are required to register your child: county birth certificate (hospital certificate will not suffice), wallet-size picture (BYSL Playing League only), and check or cash in the amount of the registration fee.
For all required documents please submit in the following ways:
1. Drop off at the Law Office of Maximilian G. Barteau, 7076B Skyway
2. Mail in required documents to P.O. Box 744, Paradise, CA 95967
3. Drop off documents at a walk up registration date.
Note: Due to programming limitations in the system, you will be asked for a photo even though no photo is required for children registering for Under 10 and below. If you are registering your child in Under 10 or below, please ignore this request.
Fees: PLEASE NOTE THAT AFFINITY WILL ADD A SERVICE CHARGE OF 2.5% PLUS $2 PER CHILD TO THE FEES BELOW. THESE DO NOT GO TO PRYSC, BUT ARE COLLECTED BY AFFINITY AS A CONVENIENCE CHARGE.

All Age Divisions:
Second Child: $5 discount
All subsequent children: $10 discount
Scholarships:
Limited partial scholarships are available for those who can demonstrate financial need. PROOF OF INCOME IS REQUIRED. Valid proof of income includes the following items: food stamp identification card, passport to services, BIC (benefit insurance card), notification of action, paycheck receipts reflecting eligibility. If you need a scholarship, you may not register online, but must apply at one of the walk-in registration dates.
